Will casually speaking to the best AV salesperson at our local Best Buy I was told incident after incident where the Best Buy sales staff helped or attempted to help SoundTouch 300 owners with various issues. Sure was a turn off. At least if the Salesperson could not help the customer was referred to Bose Support.
