Should my 10 have updated by now?

I've seen a lot of posts about the new update on these forums but my 'UPDATE SYSTEM' but ion remains greyed out. I'm still on 13.0 Is this a problem with my setup?

I am in the same situation here but the support from bose doesn't exist. They don't even reply... Very dissapointed with Bose

I've also got a Sonos Play 1 and their service & support is outstanding. Couldn't be more different.

Same here! no update available... although it was announced as the big NOVEMBER update. Is there a way to get the update immediately ? Sign in /sign out / add new bose account....? what is the criteria for the prompt to pop up?  So diappointing: Especcially the lack of communication, which should have been improved they told us.
