Hi tgederberg,

 

Sorry to hear about what's happening.  There was a SiriusXM outage a month ago that was causing issues with customers, but that has since been resolved by SiriusXM and should no longer cause any issues.

 

Could you try removing and re-adding your SiriusXM account to your SoundTouch App? 

 

  1. In the app, choose Menu > Settings > Music Services
  2. Select Sirius XM
  3. Select the service account
  4. Select REMOVE ACCOUNT
  5. To re-add the account, reselect SiriusXM and ad in your information.

Does this help? Does it resolve the issue?

Hi Brandon,

 

just being able to listen to Siriusxm in the US and Canada is only correct for the xm-radio's like in a car.
Online, you can listen anywhere in the world.
At this moment, I have no problem listening to Siriusxm on my pc or tablet.
Loggin in to my account on my Bose soundtouch system is still impossible: error 6027.
Listening to Siriusxm through Bose Soundtouch was perfect possible until early november (if I remember well).

Still waiting for a solution....
