When an engineer was addressing the issue @cg reported a couple of weeks ago, there was a typo in the code which caused the issue. He did not give specifics. He also said your screenshots were critical in fixing the issue, and thank you very much!

1. If server problem, when the fix will be deploy ?
2. If speaker firmware problem, maybe I need to update the firmware. When can I get the new firmware and let me know the firmware version.

The issue was on the cloud server, and the update has been pushed. I've gotten confirmation from the software team that the fix was tested and pushed, and should be live. Is it now working for you?
