Hi, this is the second time I have agreed to the Bose App update on the PC and the app looses my speaker. Last time I ended up live-chat with Bose and can't remember what we did but they did try to reassure me that it shouldn't happen on every update so this afternoon I happily accepted an app update and yes.... it now can't see my speaker! It is for App Version 18.1.4-2009+4d9c32f. On the set-up page I'm selecting "speaker already connected" option which I did last time but it's still not seeing it 😞 Any tips???
