Software update

Hi,

Last night when i open soundtouch app i was prompted to update software but there are no notification about that in the community?

This update deloyed to my Lifestyle 650 and now 4k video does not work. Only some configurations of video in 1080p work now. Very annoyed. Clearlt very poor testing of this release

I apologise for the delay in posting regarding the update and any inconvenience this may have caused to you!

 

I'm sorry to hear of the issues with your LS 650 doctorx333, I'll do all I can to assist you!

 

I would first recommend trying a HDMI Reset. You can do this by following the steps below:

  1. Turn off the Bose system, the source device and the TV.
  2. Unplug the Bose system, the source device and the TV.
  3. Disconnect two HDMI cables at both ends and reseat them ensuring secure connections.
  4. Reconnect the source device, the TV and the Bose system to power.
  5. Turn on the TV and the source device.
  6. Once the TV and source device have finished powering up, turn on the Bose system.
