Re: Soudtouch speakers dropping out

Hi Ironside,

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry to hear about this issue. I'd be happy to help!

  • Are you able to play Amazon Music on each speaker individually, without issues?
  • Are you stereo-pairing the two SoundTouch 10s, or are you using Play All or a speaker Group?
  • Are both SoundTouch systems showing Good/Great signal strength? (Instructions below)
    • Open the SoundTouch app
    • Select the MENU icon in the top-left corner of the screen
    • Select SETTINGS
    • Select ABOUT
    • Select your system
    • The Signal Strength will be listed underneath "RSSI Signal Strength"
  • If you are seeing Fair or Poor, you may want to consider moving your systems closer to your router.
  • Please try resetting both your systems and your router. Disconnect all from power for 1 minute, then reconnect.

Please let us know if this helps!

Best regards,
