I tried to contact customer service (tech support)but wastage of time & poorly trained call centre staff.Bose has amazing sound bars & speakers but their Bose Music app & sound bar microphone issue (solid red) has to be fixed soon .Taping is not working.My own experiance is as follows has fixed my issue
1) Reset sound bar 700 by useing universal remote control .Just switching off power plug of sound bar will not help at all .
2)Uninstall bose music app from smart phone or notepads.Install app again.
3) start all steps again like when you bought new sound bar first time .
Hopefully these will fix your issue & you can use Alexa.
