Sound Touch 20 Bluetooth connection Issues with multiple devices

Thanks for the quick response.  I have had the problem since setting up my Sound Touch 20 system.  Tried your suggestion but had no luck.  My Sound Link speakers work just fine as they automatically connect to my IPhone X and IPad and I actually get a verbal confirmation from the system.  So, whichever I am using at that time allows me to play whatever I want.  Since Bose has not put a deal together with Apple for their dedicated App. and I have a collection of over 6K songs, you can imagine that the convenience of connecting via Bluetooth with either Apple device is important to me.
