One of the preset internet radio stations spontaneously started playing a loop of about 30 seconds from that stations broadcast. Attempts to reprogram the preset or just to select that station through the app results not in the current broadcast from that station (WETA in DC) but that loop from three days ago.
Things tried: Unplugged the Sound Touch, no change. Delete and reinstall the app, no change.
If I go to the station's web site in a web browser, it plays fine just like the fm station.
How is the underlying web address for stations appearing in the "internet radio," e.g. ((.)) Local, list in the app set? Can it be reset?

Thanks for the post and sorry to hear you are running into this issue. I investigated this for you and it's playing on my side. You also have TuneIn radio implemented in the SoundTouch app to use as well and they have this station available. Let me know if that works for you.

I’m having the same issue. WGBH in Boston has several internet radio stations. None of them will play on SoundTouch except for the classical station. This has been going on fo about 2 weeks. When I try to load one of these stations I get error 1011. All my other internet presets are working fine. WGBH will play on TuneIn.

I am having the same problem. I contacted the radio station, KUNC 91.5 and The Colorado Sound, 105.5, in Greeley CO. and they said that they changed their streaming URLs. They provided the following info:
"Sorry for the inconvenience in your streaming The Colorado Sound and KUNC. We have changed our streaming service, so you will have to enter in a new streaming URL. Our new URLS are as follows:
For The Colorado Sound, you'll need:
-Our AAC url is: https://kunc.streamguys1.com/kjac
-Our MP3 url is: https://kunc.streamguys1.com/kjac-mp3
For KUNC, you'll need:
Please note that AAC streams are preferred and higher quality, so try those first."
So, I tried to re-add the stations using the SoundTouch 20 app drop-downs, but the stations would not connect. Is there a way to manually add the new URLs?

Thanks for posting in the community!
Unfortunately there isn't a way to manually update the URLs through the SoundTouch app. Reason being, is the stream is provided by vTuner. I would recommend contacting them so they can correct this on their end and the stream can be brought back to the systems appropriately. HERE is a link to their contact information.
