I just installed this product and I cannot get the remote to sinc with my new samsung TV, atlantic broadband and Tivo. Nothing works and I have following the instructions time and time again. Any suggestions on what to try next?

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to finish the setup of your SoundTouch 300. Have you connected it to Wi-Fi and updated the SoundTouch 300 through the SoundTouch application? If yes, then I would suggest testing by performing a factory default on the soundbar.
