Sound Touch 300 Sound Bar

I purchased ST300 at C.A on 27th December 2017. Yesterday suddenly Speaker not Power ON. No LED inditication. Kindly help to solve .

Hi Shenba,

 

Thanks for posting. I am sorry to hear about your SoundTouch 300. If you are not getting any LED lights at all, that would indicate a power issue. Have you tried reseating the power cable by unplugging it from both the wall and the unit and plugging it back in?

 

Also, if the unit was moved recently you might want to check out the wall plug.

 

If that doesn't work, I would suggest reaching out to your local Bose support.Here is a link you can use. Click on your country, scroll down to " Contact Us".
