We purchased a 20 & a 10 today and can’t get either one to work. The app (we are using iPhone and iPad) just keeps telling us both speakers need to update; we click on update and it just sits there. The percentage never goes up; just stays at 0%. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, resetting the wi-fi, resetting the speakers and nothing has worked. Hoping someone can give us other things to try.

Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to hear you're having update issues, but would be happy to help!
In some cases, the products may have sat on the shelves for some time and could be really out of date which causes a conflict trying to jump up so many different versions. I would recommend trying to manually update them with a PC/Mac if possible. HERE are the steps to do so with the USB cable.
