Thank you for posting and welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with the ARC connection on your soundbar and I would be happy to help with this.
Just so we don't repeat anything you have already tried, which troubleshooting steps have we already done?
As we may have to look at settings on the TV as well as the soundbar, what is the make of TV we are using? If we could get the model number as well that would be very helpful.
