Sound touch 30 electrical problems

Great product while it worked, but after paying for the quality one expects with Bose, this product suddenly stopped working due to an electrical fault within the product. I only used this speaker occasionally so it is very frustrating that this would happen within 2 years of buying this. I hardly think 2 years for a $700-odd speaker is a worthwhile investment.

 

Has anyone else experienced this?

 

I've seen too many reviews citing similar issues. Very very disappointing - I do not think I will buy Bose again.

I'm sorry to see that your SoundTouch 30 is no longer working.

 

We would suggest contacting technical support over the phone for service. They will be able to repair and provide you with a new one year warranty on your speaker as well.
