I have 4 SoundTouch devices, and on 5 mobile devices (2x Android, 3x iOS) and one desktop, all speakers are found and work fine.
I have a new Tablet (Galaxy Tab A) that will not find the speakers. I signed into be Bose account, and it continually displays message "Give us a minute to find your speaker..." All devices are listed, but greyed out (Assuming that it is finding them via my Bose account?)
Double checked the rest of the devices discover and control the Bose devices fine, just this one tablet.
I have seen that there a few posts about people randomly not being able to find the speakers - but usually unable to find them at all, not just on one device.
Thanka in advance for any advices.

Thank you for the post. I'm sorry that you're experiencing this. Can you make sure the tablet is connected to the same network as your SoundTouch systems? Also, can you try to reboot the tablet and re-test? Do you have a firewall or any anti-virus software on the tablet? If so, can you try to temporarily disable it and see if it allows for detection of the speakers?
Please let us know.
There is No AV or Firewall.
I have rebooted the tablet
I have reinstalled the SoundTouch app
It is on the same network as the 4 speakers
it is even on the same frequency (5ghz), though I know this is not neccessary

Thanks for the info.
Do you have any wireless extenders in use in your home?
Can we try moving the tablet to the 2.4 GHz network?
Have you also done a reboot on the wireless router as well?
