SoundTouch 10 Stereo Pair - no sound

Dear community,
I’ve been trying to create a stereo pair, but as soon as I tap on ‘CREATE STEREO PAIR’ there is no sound any more. According to my iPhone and the app the music is playing but there is just no sound. Also, when I try to connect to one of the boxes via bluetooth, it says ‘connection unsuccessful’, while the other works perfectly. It is always the box (which won’t play any music when paired and connect via bluetooth), that I connected to the network afterwards. So after resetting both devices, I tried to connect B (the one which didn’t work before) first and A (the box that was working before) afterwards. This time B was working while A was not. Help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: SoundTouch 10 Stereo Pair - no sound

Hi NoahST10,

Thanks for the post, and sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your SoundTouch 10 systems.

What is the distance between the SoundTouch systems and your wireless router?  Are you able to go into the SoundTouch app and list the RSSI values for both speakers?  They can be found under Settings>About.

As well, can we try a power cycle of your wireless router and the Bose systems?

Let us know so we can get this resolved.

Best,
