Notice

The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

Please visit our support homepage to experience one of our many other digital service channels or simply use your Community log-in credentials to sign in to your My Bose Account to view your orders and view support options.

Thank you to all who have contributed and benefited from interacting in our Community. We look forward to continuing to serve you online.

SoundTouch 10 stuck with Solid Blue Light

While trying to update my Soundtouch 10, the speaker suddenly restarted and now has a solid blue bluetooth light which it won't come out of. I have tried updating the speaker with the STU file but the website won't load as the speaker is bricked and I tried resetting it but it won't respond. Please help me get of this problem.

Steps I have tried:

.Plugged it out for 30&60 Seconds and plugged it back in.

.Press the '1' and '-' Button for 10-15 seconds

.Download the STU Update file and manually update the device.

Please do let me know if you have any solution to this issue other that taking it to the service center.

Thanks and Regards,

Manav

Re: SoundTouch 10 stuck with Solid Blue Light

Hello manav103,

Thanks for posting.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your SoundTouch 10.

You have already tried many of the steps we would generally recommend. Moving forward, the next step would be to get in touch with support in your region to discuss your option for service.

Be sure to let me know how you get on!
