My SoundTouch 10 speakers have stopped bluetoothing with my devices. I have done all the “things” suggested in the instructions. The app tells me it can’t find my speakers when the WiFi and Bluetooth indicators tell me it’s connected. I’m just burned out with this problem. I wish I had never bought these things.
Thank you for posting. I can understand your frustration with this issue. How do you use your SoundTouch 10? Mainly with Bluetooth or both with the SoundTouch application? Have you tried "forgetting" the SoundTouch 10 in your pairing list under Bluetooth settings? Are you connected to the same network that you connected the SoundTouch 10 to during initial setup? Lastly can you reboot your router by unplugging it from power for 30 seconds and test again once the network is active again?
