SoundTouch 10

2 of us on the same network lose the connection to the speakers through the flaky Bose app.
The speakers work fine and are connected to the network, checked this in the connected device list on the router, also can play preset stations which are obviously connected to the world.
I’ve tried to reconnect but the app doesn’t see them either.
This happened a few months ago but managed to reconnect, even though nothing had changed including unplugging the speakers or their location.

This is really getting my nerves now so much that I’m tempted to move on.

Help appreciated but I explode

Re: SoundTouch 10

Hi Timbodill,

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear that you are having this trouble. Could I ask,

  • What devices are you trying to use the Soundtouch application with?
  • What is the make and model of your router?
  • Do you have any access points in your network ecosystem?

Please come back and update us when you can so we can help!

Regards,

Re: SoundTouch 10

Hi Timbodill,

Thanks for responding. Could I ask, have you tried resetting the router?

  • Unplug the router from electricity for 3 minutes.
  • Plug the router back in.

If you could give that a try and let us know,

Tony
