latest firmware for Bose SoundTouch 20 III is really unusable in searching in DLNA library. I can't find album or tracks because search is case sensitive.
It works very well with previous firmwares.

A "case sensitive" search function is really useless. Please confirm that you know this problem and that you will fix this bug in one of your next updates!
thx and best regards,
Hi hlavki and Andreas,
Thanks for the post. I'm escalating this now, as I don't believe engineering is aware of this.

Thank you for posting. At this time, this issue is still being actively investigated by engineering. Once we hear back, we will let the community know.

Just for your information - searching the iTunes library is NOT case sensitiv, only NAS libraries ...
Thanks for the info Central! We were able to update the ticket before it was bumped up to engineering.

I can confirm DLAN search case sensitivity also. It is gruelling. A search for "eminem"will give no results whilst "Eminem" will find the artist
Also i noticed the keyword search is messed up. It cant handle multiple keywords which may be out of sequence
When searching for "Now That's What I Call Music! 83"
"now" gets nothing
"Now" gets all Now... albums
"Now 83" gets nothing
Likewise searching for "Back To Black"
both "Back" and "Black" seperately give results but together i.e. "Back Black" gives nothing

Thank you for this information. This is certainly helpful. These reports are still being investigated by our Engineering teams. If any of you haven't already, could you please provide us with the make and model number of the NAS device you are using, as well as the name of any media server software being used, and the version number.
