SoundTouch 20 paired to four SoundTouch 10's stops playing randomly

Greetings,

I have a Soundtouch 20 paired to 4 SoundTouch 10's using the SoundTouch app and WiFi, it will randomly stop streaming music, it doesn't matter which source I am using Amazon, iHeart, or my Music Library,  Sometimes plays fine for  a couple of days other times it stops after one or two songs, also have trouble with it losing the 4 10's.

Thanks for your help.

Tom

Hello TomT,

What would be the RSSI of the five speakers? You can see instructions on how to find the RSSI of the speakers using the link below:

Determining the received signal strength

Have you tried to reboot the router and from power for a full two minutes? This may help clear up any minor hiccups which could be causing the audio to stop.

Also, what would be the model number of the router?

Let us know the answers to those questions, and we can take it from there! Thanks!

Re: SoundTouch 20 paired to four SoundTouch 10's stops playing randomly

Greetings 🙂

I have three "GOODS" one "FAIR" and the 20 is connected to Ethernet

I will reboot the router tomorrow and see if that helps.

D-Link AP240

Thanks,
