SoundTouch 300 Subwoofer Issues

Hi. I have the SoundTouch 300 system with Bass Module. The bass module sounds horrible (such as crackling and feedback) and also smells like its burning inside. I have read other customers complaining about this same issue, so I am guessing its a known issue from Bose. How do I get this repaired or replaced under warranty?

Please advise.

Thank you for reaching out to us. To contact your local service facility, please go HERE, select your country, scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Contact Us" for a phone number. As for the smell you are experiencing, this can happen at higher volumes for the first few times and will go away.

Apologies for the late reply.



The reason for that is that we can't take any of your Personal Information on the Community because of Data Protection backgrounds.

That's why we have to get Customers to ring us when Exchanges etc. are required.
