SoundTouch App Error Code 6202

The app continuously displays "We can't play that right now. Please try again later." (6202)

 

and "We can't connect to the Bose server right now. Please try again later." (6205)

 

What resolved the issue? and why can't we search for the error code?

Thanks for writing in!  Sorry to hear about the troubles, but would be happy to help!

 

  • Does the 6202 error happen right away when opening the app or when you try and stream something to the speaker?
  • Have you been able to reboot the system and network by removing power for 30 seconds from the router and system?
  • Did this issue just start occurring or has it been like this since owning the system?
  • Can you provide the make/model of your router?
