SoundTouch App - since 24 hours no "station history" avaiable

Since 24 hours+ I miss the "station history", "top playlist" etc on my soundtouch app "for you only" section on IOS and W10. My App-Vers. is 18.1.4 ? I'm alone with this problem?

Thank you for the post.

 

I'm sorry you are not able to see these selections. If you select the "Just for you" section in the SoundTouch application, is there anything being displayed? I check on my personal app and i have "Recently Played", "Your Greatest Hits" and "Trending on Bose". Are you not seeing any of these? If not, can you take a screenshot and upload it to this post?

 

A few things I can suggest to try if you are unable to see the above mentioned:

 

  • Sign out of all SoundTouch applications, both on computers and mobile devices.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the application on all devices
  • Reboot router by unplugging from power for 30 seconds.

 

Let us know the results.

I try two things:

1. Delete and reinstall the app
2. Connect with a freshly setup account

Both didn't helph.
