SoundTouch and AdaptQ Issues

Hellow everyone I have had the Soundtouch with Acoustibass and 2 Invisibles for less than a year now. Set up and Adapt Q went great on initial setup.  Got a new Samsung TV with Smart Connect box and got all hooked up and they work fine but I wanted to run AdaptQ with headset like before but I keep getting Error 1 when trying it after setup. I plugged soundbar in first and tried it, nothing.  Then paired sub woofer and ran it, same error. Then paired Invisibles and ran it, same error. I heard the audible tones changing in loudness and such but nothing. Please help the levels are off on speakers where I am sitting to watch and would like to make it ideal.

Thanks for the post, and sorry to hear about the issues you're having.

 

Lets check the adaptiQ headset and make sure the wire is not damaged.  As well, the plug that goes into the soundbar can be really difficult to fully seat, so lets unplug and replug the connector to make sure it's fully seated.
