I used the uninstaller that came with the app. Should I just try one more time?
This has happened to me in previous updates and also with the latest. Using the uninstall app and downloading the new version will fix it.
I am experiencing a very similar issue with my SoundTouch 10s. I was able set them up out of the box and connect them via the app to my wifi and add Spotify. They played great that one time. Since then, I've not been able to get the app to recognize them and I'm and caught in the same loop described below. Way too much time spent messing around trying to get them to reconnect. Clearly there is an issue that's unresolved with the speaker / software, as getting these speakers to connect should be so difficult. I am most likely going to take the speakers back for a refund.
Try this, worked for me.

Second uninstall and download from the link seems to have done the trick.
thanks to everyone
