Soundbar 300 connecting light is orange, cant connect to SONY TV

Soundbar 300 connecting light is orange, cant connect to Sony TV.

only problem before was ocasanally disconnecting with the TV and turning on the TV speaker.

 

but since i have downloaded soundbar app, i am unable to connect TV and connecting light(3rd from left) in continuosly oranage.

TV and soundbar are connected by HDMI Arc.

 

BOSE please help, dont wana return these speakers, really loving them.

Thank you for the post. I am sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Lets see if we can get this working for you again. Can you test by performing a factory reset on the system? Instructions for factory reset can be found HERE. While the system is performing a factory default, unplug your TV from power and re-seat the HDMI cable on both ends.
