Soundbar 300, no sound

i get an error: the older version of soundtouch app cannot be removed. contact customer support? Older version was removed during last update? I cannot reinstall! I removed all instances of BOSE and sountouch from registry and still i cannot fully install the app?

im kinda fustrated with this app at this point!

Thank you for your message. I am very sorry that you are experiencing issues with downloading the SoundTouch App. I understand why this is frustrating, but we would love to do what we can to get this resolved for you. 

 

What mobile device are you trying to download the app on? 

Have you ensured that your mobile device is up to date with the latest software?

I would also recommend rebooting your device.
