Since a couple of days, I can't get access anymore to my siriusxm account on my Bose systems.
Error 6021: siriusxm doesn't seem to be available. Try again later.
I can play sirius in my car, online on pc etc.

I'm sorry to hear that. In the SoundTouch app, can you try to remove and re-add your account to see if that helps? Also, can you try to unplug your router for 30 seconds and re-test? Please let us know if this doesn't resolve it.

I am having the same issue over the past few days. I have restarted the router, deleted the service and tried to re-add it but get the Code 6021 and says not available at the time.
Hi, I tried all your suggestions before posting.
So, sorry, but no: removing my account, resetting router, checking for updates etc. did not help...

We've gotten an update from engineering.
“We are aware of issues impacting some SoundTouch customers using the SiriusXM service. The SiriusXM third party authentication server is currently down. This is impacting log-in and some on-demand services. We are working directly with SiriusXM on this issue and will communicate further details when we can."
