Does that mean everyone has to bring their ST300 to BOSE for repair.. or does this lead to a product recall..?
Almost everyone of us here must have done enough of research and reading before investing in world renowned product
like Bose sound systems. I am surprised to hear so many issues going on at the moment with Bose Soundtouch products.
I do appreciate that Bose really step up and provide solutions for their customers.
While highly commending the Moderator's reponsibility in conveying the feedback and issues from customers, I sincerely expect
you to escalate the issues to resolve them the soonest.
btw, I've tried all possible combinations of reset and reconnections, no joy yet 😞

only a fiew people are getting help. The problem i've raised isn't solved yet.
Using an optical cable resolves the problem of no sound but nou i have to use more remote controls to use the soundbar and tv.
Yes, i have the same, working fine with optical cable but have to use both remotes.
I am still awaiting a fix from BOSE.

Hi All,
There was an update yesterday on soundtouch speakers. I did that and disconnected Optical cable,
tried the HDMI cable through ARC and it'sworking now however am not sure if it's due to the update.
Nonethless, it's worth the shot for anyone that faces ARC cable connection problem.
