Soundtouch 10 App Wont Connect to Network

I've held 2 and - to reset the speaker....

 

I've unplugged for 30 seconds...held the 1 and -...

 

Nothing has helped the speaker, via the app, connect to the internet. In fact, I can see the Login page greyed out behind the error message telling me no network is found.

 

I've uninstalled the Sountouch App twice.

 

please help, as I purchased two speakers for my sons birthday last week and couldn't get them to work.

Welcome to the community. We're sorry to hear you're having this issue, we should be able to assist you. There are a few questions we'd like to ask for clarification in order to do so.

 

  • What is the distance from the router you're using? If it is too close or too far this might cause an issue. 
  • Have you tried resetting the router?
  • Did you try the alternative set-up method described HERE?
