Soundtouch 10 buzzing

My soundtouch 10 will only stay on for about 10 minutes playing the radio before it starts buzzing really loudly. The only way I can stop it is to switch it off at the plug. This happens every time. Any ideas?

Hi Kathymac74kt,

Welcome to the Bose Community, thanks for posting.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your SoundTouch 10 speaker.

This should certainly not be happening with regular use, so I would recommend trying the following.

- Test to see if this occurs with multiple sources or just a single source

- Try relocating the speaker to another place in the home to ensure this isn't due to wireless interference

- Factory reset the speaker to see if this helps to resolve the issue.

If the issue still persists, please visit this website, choose your country, then reach out to the support in your country via the contact page.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards,
