Soundtouch 10 not working properly after software update

Dears
I have soundtouch 10 and update it with the software 20.0.6 using Bose app on my iphone.
After the update i cannot select the different stations using the remote control nor the bottons at the speaker.
When trying changing stations as mentioned the led opposite to the wireless connection blink yellow.

Im able to adjust the volume, turn on/off and all other functions.

Does any one face the same issue?
Can you help?

Hi Raul,

 

Thanks for the update.  Can you let us know what sources you are trying to preset?  Have you tried factory defaulting the system by holding down the #1 and Vol - for 10 seconds?

I'm sorry to hear you're running into these issues with your presets after the recent update, but I'd like to help.

 

Did you previously have internet radio as your presets? We have since moved to TuneIn radio which is included in your SoundTouch app for free. 

 

Can you let me if you're able to locate your favorite station in TuneIn? Do any other sources work if you have them in the SoundTouch app?

Let me try to explain the issue again, as I guess I was not explainning it correctly.

 

After the last update I`m not able to select/change the presets using the remove control or at the speaker, I can only change it using the app in my Iphone.

When I try to change the preset either using the remote control or the speaker, the 4th led (soundtpouch indicator) change from fixed white to blinking yellow for few seconds.

 

I do not have issue on define the tunes in the differents presets.

 

Hope this describes better the issue Im having.

Did the reset twice and now it works again :)!.
