Soundtouch 10 unable to connect to wifi through iPhone

Unable to connect to ST10 through iphone app...

 

Have reset ST10, and uninstalled/reinstalled the iphone app and reset BT router.... 

 

Get to the 'Connecting' screen, but does not connect. Reverts back to the system not found on network screen

i also tried on my MAC -  Once you hold down 2 and volume -, and connect to the Bose network, can you try to use 192.0.2.1 - this seemed to work to connect my ST to the wifi.. but im still unable to connect on my iphone.

Thanks for the post, and sorry to hear about the issues you're having.

 

Is your iPhone connected to your home Wi-Fi?  Now that the SoundTouch 10 is connected, can you open up the SoundTouch App on your phone and see if it recognizes the speaker on your network?
