Soundtouch 10 won't turn on

I have exactly the same issue as posted in this oost years ago:

But there was no followup on the forum.

 

Any guidance on what the issue is or what the solution is?

 

Thee device is just 1 year amd 1 month old.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some power issues with your SoundTouch 10. 

 

Can you confirm that you have performed a product reset by disconnecting the power cord for 30 seconds?

 

Additionally, please test the speaker from another power outlet.

 

Should you still not be able to power on the SoundTouch 10, please contact your local Customer Service Center who will be more than happy to assist you with this.

Global Contact Us > Select your country > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Click 'Contact Us'
