I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some power issues with your SoundTouch 10.
Can you confirm that you have performed a product reset by disconnecting the power cord for 30 seconds?
Additionally, please test the speaker from another power outlet.
Should you still not be able to power on the SoundTouch 10, please contact your local Customer Service Center who will be more than happy to assist you with this.
