Soundtouch 120 Acousticmass pairing issues

The acousticmass for the soundtouch 120 will not stayed paired.  Works for a few minutes then drops out.  Any suggestions?

I have the same problem and have follwed the instructions and even moved the unit and plugged into another power source

We most commonly see this symptom when dealing with wireless interference to one or both components. The source of this interference could be near the Acoustimass module or near the Media Console which is trying to communicate with it. Try adjusting the position of both these pieces away from other electronics, appliances. Common items that can interfere are your Wi-Fi router, wireless telephones, Smart TVs or, on the rare occasion, the system's own Wi-Fi adapter  (make sure the cable is stretched out to create some distance between them. 
If you are unable to locate the source, or if the components absolutely need to be in their current positions, you can obtain a cable through local Bose support to connect them together via a hard-wired connection. This will elminate all potential drop-outs.
