I have been having multiple issues with my Soundtouch 20 (4 years old). The unit has been failing to update its software for a number of months - it can't cycle past 3/4% install despite multiple attempts.
I decided to try and reinstall it through the MAC Sountouch App. However, when I try and set ut up anew it won't connect to the WIFI network. It simply refuses to connect to my WIFI Network once I input the network password.
At my wits end with the product and would appreciate any advice. Is there a Support Centre that I could contact?

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. It sounds like you factory-defaulted the system, and tried to reconnect it to your network using your Mac computer, is this correct? Was the Wi-Fi indicator on the speaker a solid amber color during this setup? What color was the light after you entered your network password and it failed to connect?
