Soundtouch 20 connection problems

Hello,
My speakers worked fine up until a few days ago. By sone reaseon I cant connect them to the wifi. I tried factory reboot with no solution and several times through setup process. Also tried connecting directly through the router via ethernet and the speaker wont recognize the network.
Funny thing is that the speaker list a very long list of networks BUT mine!
After the reboot, neither blutooth is functional 😭
Please help

Try rebooting your modem.

Try rebooting your wifi router.

Try Logging out and then in to your SoundTouch account.

Then go to “set up” mode on the speaker  which is 2 and vol -

Then go look for your speaker in your wifi list to confirm your speaker is visible and select.

Carry on with the setup routine.

Note: If your wifi list is long you might want to consider setting up  and joint a 5GHz network to minimize interference.
