Soundtouch 20 won't update

Hi support,

 

I have a brand new ST20 and i'm having problems with connecting it to my setup (2x ST10, 1xST20, 1xST30 and ST300 - all devices work as they should).

 

I have managed to register the ST20 and I can se it on my list of speakers - but can't do anything with it. I can't go to configuration and everytime i (re)start the app (mobile or PC) - it says that there is an update and then nothing happends - it won't install the update ! ;o(

 

Looks like it just hangs and can't respond ! ;o(

 

I have tried reset (also factory reset), reconnect, removed power plug reconnect again

 

Can you help ?

Hi again,

 

So i solved the problem myself ! ;o)

 

Found this guide:
https://www.bose.com/en_us/support/article/updating-soundtouch-30-20-systems.html

 

Created a USB stick and updated manually - That seems to fix the problem and the ST20 works together with the rest of the system now ! ;o)
