Hello, there has been at least 1 Update provided by Bose since you began this thread. Did your SoundTouch 30 receive the notification of the Update? If not, do you know how to check the software version of your SoundTouch 30? Do you know where to check the latest version of SoundTouch available from Bose? Has the App on your Smart Device advised you of an Update available for your Smart Device?
If you have Updated the version on your Smart Device, but cannot seem to get your SoundTouch 30 connected to the Internet to get the latest version for your SoundTouch 30 you will need to Manually Update the SoundTouch 30, as directed in one of the earlier posts. After everything is Updated, let us know if you still have a problem. If so, there are some other steps I’d like you to know about, after everything is Updated.
