Soundtouch 300 adjustments

So I lost my remote and trying to a hold of support has been a nightmare and impossible to do. I don’t have time to sit around on the phone for an hour. Is there no email support?

Also the phone app seems only half way finished? Heos and Sonos you can adjust treble, bass, speaker levels, delays, connect rear speakers, and subwoofers and get feedback of surround modes.

But the 300 requires you to use a app and a remote simultaneously?

Is there no other way to make these adjustments?

If not and I need the remote then does anyone have a link on where to buy the remote?

I don’t understand why Bose makes all aspects of this so difficult...

This is correct, for these particular changes to happen, the remote is required.  I would recommend reaching out to support again for a new remote.  Just click HERE and select your country and Contact Us at the bottom.
