Soundtouch 300 no sound

Hello, 

 

I went to turn on tv & sound bar this morning and there is no sound from the soundbar, nor my tv. I have a samsung 4k 65" and the soundtouch 300 sound bar and acoustmass 300. We've had this system for a little over a year and never had any issues. I have tried unplugging & plugging back in, unconnecting the HDMI on both ends (the sound bar & the samsung one connect) and pluggin back in. I restarted my internet router as well. I did the update through the soundtouch app on my phone and still nothing.  Any other suggestions?

Hi @cindyrb8603,

 

Sorry to hear this is happening. I would like to see if we can get this working for you. Can you test with the following:

 

  • Factory default the SoundTouch 300, instructions can be found HERE.
  • During the factory default, leave the TV unplugged from power for a full minute.
  • retest after setting the system back up after the factory default.

Let us know the results.
