I was able to link code I think. lol I was able to turn the TV off but unable to turn it back on. Do I need the sound bar on and linked for that? I was hoping to link the others to the remote first.
i have the same problem overherer.
the problem is your tv .
i am stille struggeling with it .
search for cec settings at your tv and try turn it of or on.

Thank you for posting. Sorry to hear you are having this issue. What is the make and model of your TV? Have you checked the TV settings for CEC as techshark suggested? Also, once you have confirmed that CEC is enabled on your TV, try adjusting the CEC setting in the SoundTouch application and switch it from CEC "on" to alternate and test again.

Hi there Joel and LeeLee,
My Sony TV is really "stubborn" and want to keep control no matter what i try.
Now I have a logitech 1100 remote (old) and with the support of logitech it works al fine now overhere.
The original remote are in a drawer and the 1100 is still going strong !!
