I'm sorry to see this is affecting both you with no power involving your SoundTouch 300 systems, but I'd like to help.
If you're using a surge protector, please try to bypass it and try a different outlet.
I would suggest contacting technical support via the phone for further assistance if trying another outlet doesn't resolve the issue.
