Soundtouch 300 soundbar died

Hi there
My soundbar 300 has completely stopped working overnight. No power at all, no LEDs on. Done all the tests as described online. Quite strange how common this appears to be.... It's not old at all and I have received no reply at all from Bose Switzerland in the last days (even though it says 24 hours response). Can you please offer some support or pass on my request to Bose Switzerland via another channel. Best wishes

Same think happened to me this evening. Quite concerned after googling and seeing all the stories about it. Mine is less that 2 years old

I'm sorry to see this is affecting both you with no power involving your SoundTouch 300 systems, but I'd like to help.

 

If you're using a surge protector, please try to bypass it and try a different outlet. 

 

I would suggest contacting technical support via the phone for further assistance if trying another outlet doesn't resolve the issue.

 

Let us know what happens.
