Hi FB1 and Rocky77,

Please make sure you are using our dedicated Uninstaller (located in the SoundTouch folder) when you're removing and re-installing the app. If that doesn't work, please also try to unplug your system from power for 30 seconds and re-test. If neither of those work, please try to clear the music server database file. The steps to do this are:

For Mac:

  1. Close the SoundTouch app
  2. From Finder, select "Go > Go to folder"
  3. In the text field, enter ~/.config/soundtouchpersist, then click "Go"
  4. Delete the "SoundTouch Music Server" folder
  5. Re-open the SoundTouch app

Thank you

I had same issue on iMac. I finally deleted the connect app and reinstalled. It is now working.
