Solved! Solution.
Hi Arnold,
Thanks for reaching out, welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear that your SoundTouch 30 no longer appears to be playing audio.
What I would firstly suggest is that you perform a reset of your speaker. This can be done by disconnecting your speaker from power for 30 seconds then reconnecting.
If this shows no sign of improvements, can you please inform us on what the WiFi LED states on the front of your system when you attempt to play audio. If you are not able to play audio from WiFi, can you try connecting via AUX.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,

I already did the master reset on the system. Wifi status is steady white. Still no sound even on bluetooth connection and Aux. i also try the manual update on the USB.
Hey Arnold,
Thanks for getting back in touch.
I'm sorry to hear you are still having issues. May I suggest forcing the speaker into another update as this may help. To force an update, press and hold preset 4 and the Vol- buttons together for around 10 seconds.
Be sure to let me know how you get on.
Kind regards,
