System just goes off

I just purchased a soundtouch300 a month ago. Now it just goes off while I’m watching tv and I have to turn it off and back on. Sometimes if I sit long enough it just comes back on by itself. Why 😡

Have you attempted to turn off the "Auto-Off" feature within the SoundTouch application? You can do this by opening the SoundTouch application, then going to Menu>Settings>Speaker Settings>SoundTouch 300>Advanced Setup>Auto-Off.
