Hello,

since Bose decided to update the internet radio feature, I am unable to listen to my favorite stations.

I have installed the TuneIn app and found the stations but i get "error message 3103" every time I try to start them.

I am living in Germany and try to listen to Finnish national broadcast company YLE.

Those stations work when I am using my Iphone with TuneIn-app connected to SoundTouch-20 so there is something wrong with your  SoundTouch-app.

Please provide a solution to this problem, here are the stations:

And please give us a possibility to add URL directly without TuneIn!

THX for info but please let me know how long I should wait for the solution for The Czech Republic since I can see that no solution for other countries have been released, yet.

Hi Joel,
I’m from Chile, South America, and I have the same issue since the update. One of my favorite local station, Sonar FM, doesn’t work (error 3104). The same station works fine in Tune In app.

Still cant find radio FM+, 94,9 Sofia, Bulgaria on TuneIn

Radios Melody & Classic FM with error 3103

Radio Zrock 89,10 with verry bad quality.

Please Risolve or rispond is it possible to fix !

Thank you for the post.

These have been escalated for you to development for the stations producing the error and the one with poor quality.

As for the station not available in TuneIn we are currently working on custom URL streaming which will be coming in January 2019.
