Well done! nobody would think the cause lays with VRT (?). Would Bose also have contacts with VRT regarding this issue? Any idea about RTBF?

Same problem here. 15 minutes delay for all VRT radiostations.

Tried to contact Bose via e-mail, by using their dedicated contact form, but only “radio silence” on the other side.

Very bad publicity for Bose, a company that pretends to give high quality service to its customers.

Using a ST 20 and a ST 10. Was planning to purchase a Soundbar 300, but will now look at other systems of other companies.

The purpose of this device is exactly the opposite: leave the pc or phone "off"...

We do not want a bluetooth device, we bought an internet radio speaker.

Exactly the dame problem here, delay of 15mins, rendering my both Bose systems useless. Anyone at Bose has feedback on this?

I can see many posts concerning this issue on this own BOSE forum, but not ONE reaction from Bose Benelux ? Is that the kind of service that we (Bose customers) deserve ??  I thought Bose care was better than Sonos service, but i have to review; Bose customer care sucks !!
